We know that once you've placed an order, you want to know when it's going to arrive! Here's everything you need to know about how we prepare and send your Lottsolove order.

Processing Times

Many of our products are made or personalised especially for you, so please allow time for us to create your order before it is dispatched.

Processing times can vary depending on the product and level of personalisation required. Any estimated times shown on the individual product page should be taken into account before ordering.

If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can have it ready in time.

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched using the delivery service selected or stated at checkout.

Delivery times begin after your order has been made and dispatched, so please remember to allow for both processing and delivery time when ordering personalised products.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delays can occasionally occur which are outside our control.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please double-check all names, dates, wording, sizes and other personalisation details before submitting your order.

We create personalised items using the information you provide, so incorrect details supplied when ordering may not be something we're able to correct once production has started.

Packaging

Every Lottsolove order is prepared and packed by our family with care to help it reach you safely.

Where practical, multiple items from the same order may be packaged together.

We currently primarily serve customers throughout the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges will be shown during checkout.
