Can you make something that isn't listed on your website?

Absolutely! Some of our favourite creations start with a customer simply saying “I've got an idea…”

If you have something in mind that you can't find in our shop, contact us and tell us about it. We'll let you know if it's something we can create.

How do I personalise an item?

Personalisation options will be shown on the individual product page where available. Depending on the product, you may be able to add names, dates, wording, photographs, colours or other details.

Please double-check everything before submitting your order, particularly spelling, names and dates.

Can I send you my own photograph or design?

Yes, for products where this is available. Please send the best-quality version you have — clear, original photographs usually give us the best results.

If we're concerned that an image won't produce a good result, we'll contact you before making the item.

Will I see the design before you make it?

For some custom orders we may provide a design preview or proof before production where appropriate.

If a proof is provided, please check spelling, dates, photographs, colours and other details carefully before approving it.

How long does a personalised order take?

This depends on the product and the amount of work involved. Please check the individual product listing for any stated processing time.

If you need something for a particular date, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know whether we can have it ready in time.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

We'll certainly try! 😂

If you've suddenly remembered a birthday, wedding, teacher gift or other occasion, contact us before ordering and tell us when you need it. We can't always promise we'll be able to do it, but we'll tell you what is realistically possible.

Do you make everything yourselves?

We design, personalise and create our products as part of our family business in Northern Ireland. Different products involve different processes, including printing, vinyl work, sublimation and other crafting methods.

Can you change the colour, wording or design of something I've seen?

Often, yes. That's one of the advantages of buying from a small creative business.

If you'd like something changed, contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer bulk or larger orders?

Yes, depending on the product and quantity required.

If you're looking for items for a business, club, school, wedding, event or another larger order, contact us with the quantity and what you're looking for and we'll provide more information.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and can also ship internationally, including to the Republic of Ireland, countries within the EU and the USA.

International delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination and the products ordered.

Please be aware that orders sent outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can personalised items be returned?

Personalised and custom-made products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return because they've been created specifically for you.

However, this doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty, damaged, not as described or we've made an error.
